is it crazy to want answers?
NOT AT ALL.
does it come off crazy?
POSSIBLY.
Unfortunately, a lot of the times, yes.
We live in a culture where we are expected
to never question, only accept and if we step
out of that ‘norm’ it is looked at as being
something other than what it is at face value,
which is a pity, because this norm keeps me,
and i know many many others quiet about things
that bother them and that is not fair. Why are
we expected to just live with questions unanswered?
As we go through life, if we never stop to
get answers, our heads are just filled with
more and more questions, which I honestly
think has something to do with why as people
get older we get more stressed out and are
not as carefree as children, who have not yet
learned that terrible ‘norm’ and ask questions constantly.
so pick your poison.
(try) and get answers so you can just know and have peace of mind,
or just keep your mouth shut and live forever with that question
lingering in the back of your mind… just so you dont “cause a scene”,
“come off too strong”, “make a ‘big deal’ out of things”, etc.
The judgements are endless and unfair (for the most part)
So in the end, what can you do?
We are stuck in this world where certain behaviors are accepted
as the norm and when you step out of what is expected you
will very likely be judged…
BUT you always have the choice to put yourself out there
or stay in the shadows, you have power to (try to) get answers.
